		<description>I&#039;ve been eager to learn this and when I got it right I tried to do it faster then I got my hands stressed out and I&#039;m in pain for almost 3 days. Too much won&#039;t really do good for us. Great advice Lucas.</description>

		<description>Hi Amy - tight hips could be the issue. Tight hamstrings/shoulders could be too. More than that though it&#039;s just a different movement. Handstand is very much an upper body/core strength/dynamic balance pose. Jumping through is nothing like that. Once you get the movement, you can do it on your fingertips no problem as there&#039;s very little strength needed.

The best way to practice is NOT to go way high into handstand, but instead to practice coming forward with straight legs and trying to land with your heals as far forward as possible. Once you can land (heals-first) between your hands, you will be able to quickly learn to float through.
