HANGMAN (new version)

Dear Yoga Student,

If you’ve seen or heard about The Yoga Trapeze
but aren’t sure what it’s all about…

… you’re going to love it!

For yoga students (or anyone with back problems),
it’s the most-powerful, home traction tool on the
planet. And it’s really fun too.

Q: Is this thing difficult to use?
A: Not at all… like anything, you get better with practice,
but EVERYONE can use The Yoga Trapeze right out
of the box.

Q: How do you hang it?
A: Great question. I was really worried
about not being able to hang it too, but in the end, it
took about 15 minutes. Video on Yoga Trapeze Setup Here

Q: Can I use it outside?
A: Yes! The fastest way to get started is to hang The
Trapeze from a swing set or “monkey bars” at a playground.
A tree or porch deck works great too.

Q: This looks painful… is it painful?
A: No, quite the opposite. Used carefully, The Yoga Trapeze
eliminates pain, particularly in the low back.

Thanks for reading…

Stay bendy,

great videos… thanks ;-) on the inverted dips the position of the spine is not very clear :-( we have a black outfit against a black background). It would be nice to see the position also from the side ;-) again it is not clear if spine is supported on the trapeze or not .From the position of your head it looks like spine is in c-curve does it remain so in halasana?here your neck and head position appears extended? A side view of this would clarify my issues ;-)
looking forward to your clarifications , kind regards
