“Back Pain Gone
in Just 7 Minutes
Upside Down!”

Heal your spine at home… more effective than a 1-hour deep tissue massage or a multiple series of chiropractic adjustments.

The Yoga Trapeze is the ultimate home traction device, and even better, it strengthens and loosens the muscles surrounding the spine naturally—so you can eliminate the source of the pain forever!

Dear Stiff-Backed Friend,

If your lower back, neck or shoulders suffer from recurring pain and after you exercise (yoga, jogging, etc) it gets worse than before…

… then I’d like to introduce my secret weapon for a healthy back that’ll help you toss the Advil in the trash once and for all!

It’s called the Yoga Trapeze, and let me tell you what happened to me:

As an over-zealous yoga student, I suffered from minor lower back pain continuously for about 2 years and extreme back pain for a period of 6 months (one time, I couldn’t get out of bed… that was bad).

Why? Because I was stupid and pushed myself too far too fast.

Chances are, you’re not as reckless with your spinal health as I was; but since you’re reading this now, I assume you either have a stiff back, a sore back—or both! And if that’s the case, then I’m almost positive I can help you.

Here’s why 2 out of every 3 people suffer from chronic back pain at some point in their life:

  • LACK OF FLEXIBILITY in the shoulders, back muscles, hips, and tops of the legs (these are the big areas) can lead to injury and chronic pain.

How does this happen? Working at a computer all day, commuting to work (driving), lifting weights, and carrying children around the house all contribute to what I call a "locked up" spine. And a stiff spine is at least 8x more injury prone than a loosy-goosy one, so mobility and flexibility are essential for long-term spinal health.

  • LACK OF STRENGTH in the core leaves your spine unsupported and vulnerable. The abdominal muscles are actually spine support muscles, and a week gut means you’re at risk for injury.

  • STRESS & TENSION in the muscles supporting the spine act like tight cables yanking at your vertebrae. Both physical and emotional stress often go right to your upper back, neck, and shoulders as you clench those muscles in reaction to a high-pressure situation (like a job you don’t like).

Tense muscles are tight muscles, and tight muscles crank and yank instead of stretching and yielding… all of which exacerbate the problem.

  • LACK of FULL MOTION spinal expression means that most of us simply do not twist, shake, rotate, bend backwards or forwards enough. If you don’t use it, you lose it—so when you try the simplest of movements (like lifting a box from the floor), that’s when it happens. Ouch!

“I Could Use The Yoga Trapeze For Hours…”

I borrowed a friend’s Yoga Trapeze and it was an awesome experience. It gave me such a feeling of lightness without being dizzy. Almost instant relief from backache and a feeling of the spine decompressing. I just wanted to stay upside down for hours it was so relaxing.

– Bryan Bender (yoga student)

This Looks Like a Toy… Does it really work?

Funny enough, that’s exactly what I said when I first saw the Yoga Trapeze. I like to have fun as much as anyone, "But why would I want one of these things in my house?" I thought.

Then I tried it… amazing! Believe me, this is no toy.

Here’s the truth:While there are dozens of causes for back pain, the physical manifestation is almost always the same: some form of compression, a squishing of the vertebrae into one another.

So you can massage, sauna, and medicate yourself to death—but nothing compares with the dead-simple treatment of traction!

What does "traction" mean, anyway?

Traction is a term used by orthopedic and chiropractic doctors to describe the any treatment that pulls or lengthens the spine apart (as opposed to squishing it together).

Take a look at the illustration on the right.

A healthy spine has full, firm, and resilient disk tissues that allow for complete range of motion. This is ideal. But after sitting all day in an office or car; after exercising and rotating the spine at only 20% of its full potential; and after years of poor posture caused by designer shoes; it’s very likely that some of your disks are not in great shape.

Which disks are affected?

Your lumbar spine (the bottom section) is most susceptible, with Lumbar Disks 4 and 5 (L4 & L5) being the common trouble areas—the dreaded source for most "lower back pain."

But injury can happen anywhere along the spine, as low down as the sacroiliac joint with pain that radiates into the bum and legs; or as high up as the cervical spine with neck pain that can be debilitating.

Maybe your disks are just inflamed; but maybe they’re bulging, herniated, thinning, compressed—or worse! This is not meant to scare you, but it’s just so common that you ought to think about.

And better yet—you should do something about it!

This is funny: when my back was really bad a couple years ago, I was so desperate to get traction that I used to hang off the edge of a tall bed, drape my body over chairs, and hook my feet on the edge of the door in a handstand in a pathetic attempt to get some opposing force between my head and toes.

Guess what? My home-spun solutions didn’t work.

I’m a skeptical guy, and when I first saw people using crude versions of the Yoga Trapeze years ago (older versions are not nearly as kitted-out and strong as the ones I produce), I didn’t see the point. So I wasted a lot of time instead with massages and chiropractic adjustments to treat my pain when all I really needed was to hang.

“The Yoga Trapeze is Amazing”

Like many others I started yoga as a treatment for a back injury and fell in love with it. When I moved to another town I continued classes but really missed hanging upside down. So I just had to have the Yoga Trapeze. I use it whenever my back becomes too painful to enjoy life. I have found an added bonus from hanging in the trapeze that I don’t get from other inversions. It completely stills my mind for hours afterwards. So now if the busy-ness in my head gets beyond control, upside down I go. It’s amazing.

– Heather (yoga student)

Pain-Free in 7 Minutes… Really?

I know, I know… it sounds too good to be true, right? But remember this: your spine is just a like an accordion of vertebrae and disks, and the pain you experience is almost always the result of compression.

Magic solution: release the compression, release the pain.

In 7 minutes you’ll get immediate relief—and believe me, you’ll feel it! And then we want to take it a step further and prevent future problems.

Any back specialist worth his credentials will prescribe a 3-pronged approach for long term back pain relief:

  1. TRACTION – The Yoga Trapeze creates natural, bodyweight traction…the safest and most effective kind.

  2. BACK & CORE STRENGTHENING – For dynamic, deep core strength, nothing compares to inverted, gravity resistance training.

  3. FLEXIBILITY – Just hang back, grab your ankles and chill out…this is the safest, deepest backbend I’ve ever done unassisted (and pain free). You’ll make flexibility gains effortlessly.

You and I both know that you can pop two Advil and get rid of most pain—but that’s not natural, and that’s certainly not a long term, healthy solution (ulcers anyone?). So what do you do?

Hang for 7 minutes, do some flying press-up (awesome core and upper body workout), hang in an inverted full wheel, and then call it a day! 10 minutes tops and you’re spine will be rocking.

But I’ll warn you now, this thing is addicting! Sometimes I get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and can’t help but take a quick hang in the Yoga Trapeze.

It really does feel THAT good.

“I Highly Recommend The Yoga Trapeze”

This product is really well made and worth the cost. It is not only fun to use, but very safe and effective to go deep into an asana. I highly recommend it.

– Stephen Jen (yoga student)

Don’t I Need Some Special Training to Use This?

Nah! It’s really easy. I’ve put my people of all ages, sizes and background in the Trapeze, and within 2 minutes, they’re totally hooked. Stiff people, old people, sore people—bring it on!

If you want to get some ideas, you can watch my video clips on Youtube. Most days, I just do 2-3 poses. That’s all I need. Of course you can do all kinds of funky, crazy moves, but if you’re like me, you’re not trying to be in the circus—you just want your back to be limber and pain-free, right?

Now, How the Heck do I Install this Thing?

I waited months before getting my first Yoga Trapeze custom made because I thought it’d be really hard to install. Then it arrived and the next day it was hanging solid as a tree from my studio door frame. No problem

Listen: I’m NOT a handy guy (I always break stuff and have to hire someone to fix it), so if I can install this thing, believe me, you can too. Here are your options:

  • Hang in a doorframe (like mine)
  • Swing it over an exposed beam (in a lofted room, patio, or garage)
  • Hang from a swing set/playground (easiest of all)
  • Tie it to a tree branch
  • Hang from a piece of gym equipment
    (like a chin-up bar)

Believe me, the last thing I want is some DIY home improvement project, but honestly, this is a piece of cake. If you’re hooking into a doorframe or ceiling stud, you’ll need a drill and some heavyweight hooks (see pic above) but you can get those at any hardware store, or like, get them at IKEA.

Every house is a little different, so there are no one-size-fits-all hooks (or I’d send them in the package, of course!). And the truth is, if you’re hanging from a swing set or tree, you don’t need anything. You’ll be ready to swing like a monkey 2 minutes after your Yoga Trapeze arrives.

So…can ANYONE install this? Yes, and if you’re really worried about it, just bribe your neighbor with a $10 bill and he (or she) will do it for you.

“Wonderful For Practicing Backbends!”

I (easily) installed the yoga trapeze in my studio and it’s so great for practicing inverted postures to release the spine. It allows me to stay longer in inverted postures than on the floor. It’s also been really wonderful for practicing supported backbends, and strength building for the upper body. And just plain fun to use!

– Ruth B (yoga instructor)

What if it Breaks?

This Yoga Trapeze is made from the same material as a parachute—super strong stuff! The seams are quad-stitched and rock solid, the hooks are pure steel. So it’s NOT going to break.

I’ve personally weight tested it to 450 lbs, but in reality, it can hold even more (up to 600 lbs).

But…if by some fluke your Yoga Trapeze happens to somehow break, it’s 100% guaranteed for 10 years. You just send it back and I replace it. Full stop, end of story. No hassle or questions asked.

Can Kids Use this?

Yes, my daughter goes nuts for it. She comes running home from school saying, "Daddy, swinging time!" And her friends were floored when they saw she had a giant swing inside the house.

The handles allow you to swing your little one and stand comfortably in front at the same time. For the munchkins, it’s a dream come true.

“I Can’t Describe How Happy I am About My Trapeze…”

My Yoga Trapeze is here! Thanks for your invention, dedication, and passion for yoga, Lucas! This Trapeze is going to rock my world, my back and my body… I don’t have the words to describe how happy I am about my trapeze.

– Julian (yoga student)

How Much is It?

The Yoga Trapeze comes in its own little carrying bag with all 3 levels of handles (once you get into it, you’ll start using them all), the main sling, 2 sets of double reinforced hooks, and quad-supported, pre-knotted rope.

You’ll be ready to hang in minutes!

The best part is, The Yoga Trapeze costs less than 2 deep tissue massages or two trips to the chiropractor!

And I’m not exaggerating when I say that it’s better than both!

YOGABODY Liquid Clarity-B12 (NEW!) $24.97 + 3.87 S&H FREE!

(2 month supply)

I used to be a hard-headed, anti-supplementation guy. Especially with B Vitamins. I was convinced that I could get everything from the food I ate—because I was eating really good stuff. All organic, raw food…and piles of it!

But guess what? It’s not just food that causes vitamin deficiency, it’s also stress and environment, and depleted soils. I’m a busy guy, I work and travel a lot, and sometimes I can tell that I’m missing out on some nutrients. I can literally feel it.

And these tiny deficiencies can compile into a lack of energy and diminished health

So what’s up with B12? And why liquid?

LIQUID CLARITY-B12 (Cyanocobalamin) is a water-soluble vitamin formula essential for the healthy metabolism of fats and proteins that has been known to elevate mood, focus, and energy levels. It’s 100% safe with no known toxicity levels.

The formula contains vitamin complexes essential for nervous system health and the synthesis of DNA (during cell division) making it vitally important for new cells.

Uh…what does that mean?

It means that B12 is a health-junkie’s version of coffee—without any side effects. Put a dropperful under your tongue, and most people feel an instant lift in mood and clarity (hence the name). This is NOT a caffeine/jittery type of feeling. It’s more like a 12 ounce green juice kind of lift you’re probably familiar with.

Unlike other B vitamin supplements that gargle your belly and give you gas, Liquid Clarity-B12 absorbs quickly, starting in your mouth and it’s so easy to take (no pills).

B12 is the one and only vitamins that are really difficult to get in the plant kingdom; so if you’re a veg-head like me and would prefer NOT to chew on beef for your B12 intake, then this stuff is really amazing.

B12 has been heavily researched—much more so than most vitamins—and here are the universally agreed upon benefits of B12 in the body:

  • Essential for the formation of red blood cells (energy)
  • Vital for maintenance of a healthy nervous system (mood elevation)
  • Crucial for synthesis of DNA during cell division

Q: Is it safe?

A: Yes, it’s completely safe with no known toxicity. B-family vitamins are the most-common vitamin supplement recommended by mainstream and holistic doctors worldwide.

Q: Why do you recommend taking it irregularly?

A: B12 is present in our body in micrograms, teeny-tiny amounts. So supplementing 3 -5 times per week is more than enough to keep your B12 levels up and it also means your body does not get used to it. This means you’ll still experience the natural lift in mood and energy.

Q: Is this like a medicine?

A: No, no. This is a simple vitamin supplement. B-family vitamins are ultra safe and water soluble. B deficiencies are the most common deficiencies worldwide, so it can very helpful to have a good supplemental source. This B12 complex is derived from a natural fermentation process. It’s 100% vegetarian, vegan, and safe.

Q: Do you take with food?

A: With or without food is fine.

Q: Why is this important for yoga students?

A: Many yoga students (like me) eat a mostly plant-based diet, which does not contain adequate amounts of B12. Also, strong yoga practices can be quite intense on your nervous system (ex: deep backbends), so Liquid Clarity-B12 can help to level you out and keep you grounded.

108 YOGA SUPER JUICES & Bendy-Bodied Smoothies (NEW!)

$24.97 FREE! (NOTE: this is a digital ebook)

I’ve ALWAYS been big into juice, but lately, I am a juice maniac. The dark green stuff is what I go nuts for, but chunky smoothies, fruit blends, and carrot-ginger concoctions make the cut too.

"Does this guy ever stop with the health food?" I know, I’m pretty annoying…but really, eating good food can cause a personal revolution. I use green and veg juices to recharge and boost my mineral intake, and I use fruit juices and smoothies as meal replacements

Q: So what kind of recipes are there?
A: This book was co-created by myself and my friend and yoga teacher, Kasia Vermaire. I’m the kind of guy who just stuffs a bunch of kale in the juices and winces it down—but luckily, Kasia is GREAT at coming up with cocktails that are not only healthy, but actually taste amazing too.

Q: Do I need some kitchen equipment?
A: Yes, you need a blender, a juicer—or both. A crappy blender is OK too…not ideal, but I’ve made some pretty wicked smoothes with a 500W old clunker I’ve uncovered while visiting relatives.

Q: Are the ingredients super complicated?
A: Listen, you’ve got 108 juices, so there’s a little bit over EVERYTHING.. really simple stuff, really exotic stuff, hardcore green juices, and sweet dessert smoothies. Something for everyone.

Q: What’s the big deal with fresh juice?
A: Basically animals spend all day chowing down on fresh produces. As humans, we don’t really have time. Juicing allows you to megadose huge quantities of veggies and fruits you’d never normally be able to eat. I try to drink at least a pound of greens every day, just as an example. To eat that would be a part time job.

Q: Do you juice before practice?
A: Nah, practice on an empty stomach. Juice afterwards, of if you practice in the afternoon, juice at least 3 hours before practices.

Q: Can you give me an example of some recipes?
A: Sure, check out this one: Red Carrot Cleanser

Are You Ready…to go Upside Down?

This is funny: every single person who comes to my house first laughs at me for having this giant Trapeze hanging, then they try it (and their laughs turn to…"ah’s"), and then want one. Never fail, every time. I’ve only just started making these things, and I’m already running out of stock.

So…if you’ve got a nagging pain in your shoulder or neck; if your lower back feels compressed and your guy feels week; then I have to insist you give The Yoga Trapeze a whirl…

…it will blow your mind. I’m so sure of it, that I guarantee it.

365 Day, 100% Guarantee

I’m so crazy about my new Yoga Trapeze, and I’m so sure you will be too that I offer a 365 day, no questions asked 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for some reason (or no reason at all) you don’t agree that this thing is the best dang thing that ever happened to your spine, just send it back in the first year for a full refund—no questions asked. No catch. No hassle.

The only thing you have to lose is your sore back!

“I Absolutely Love the Yoga Trapeze”

I built a frame for it myself and I’m not all that handy so it had to be easy. I use it for inversions and I’ve been working on pulls up. I’ve really noticed a difference in wheel and bow-pulling pose now.

– Jennifer Martsolf (yoga student)

Not Just Another Yoga Prop

I’m the kind of guy who practices on an old, thin, worn out mat. I don’t have any fancy yoga clothes—and I don’t even own any proper blocks and straps (I use belts and books). So honestly, I’m not the type of person to recommend a bunch of gizmos for your practices since usually they just distract you.

The Yoga Trapeze, however, is the one BIG exception. It’s a phenomenal, simple tool that every serious yoga student should have.

7 minutes…upside down…back pain gone! Guaranteed! Let’s get inverted!

Stay bendy,
