Dear Yoga Student,
I’m involved with half a dozen teacher training courses
each year, and every time one finishes, I’m always asking
myself (or the teaching team) the following question:
“What’s the best thing YOU learned this course?”
Here’s my shortlist:
#1 – It’s not about you, it’s about the process, the
practice, the yoga. Make a commitment and stop
making excuses.
#2 – You can’t learn passion, you’ve got to discover it.
#3 – Immersion is THE best way to learn. No question.
#4 – You never really know who you’re going to
meet and where things will lead. In yoga, in life,
every day.
#5 – Growth is universal and unstoppable… people who
embrace it usually end up with juicier lives.
Stay bendy,
Lucas

My teacher always told me that I should work hard on the things that I really loved and master every lessons that he teach one at time. If you practice for several months you are still a student but if you practice for several years you are a master. Words of wisdom from him.
