Rule #1: Anyone Can Become “Wow!” Flexible
What most people would consider extreme flexibility—the splits, full lotus, wheel pose—is actually just natural range of motion. If you doubt this, spend an afternoon with any 6-year-old kid and you’ll realize that we were ALL flexible once—we’ve just lost it!

This is weird – Anthony learned all this stuff after seeing a series of doctors, specialists, and yoga teachers in L.A. and New York all of whom attempted to treat this weird nerve condition he had that sometimes caused his right side-body to go numb…
