Side Splits, Pear Chutney, Caro Emerald

Pear Chutney Recipe:
- * 1 tomato
- * 1 pear
- * 1/4 onion
- * 1 cucumber, seeded
- * 1/2 tsp sea salt
- * 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- * 1/2 lemon, juiced
- * 2 Tbs olive oil
- * cilantro/coriander
- * ginger
Basic instructions :
- Chop the tomatoes (if they’re very watery, seed them first)
- Chop the pear without peeling it
- Finely chop your onion
- Mix above ingredients and add oil, cilantro and pepper
- Seed your cucumber by cutting in half then dragging a spoon down the inside. Chop and add to other ingredients
- Finely chop and add the ginger, then mix all the ingredients together. Add salt and lemon and leave in the refrigerator for at least a few hours before serving
