    Hi Lucas,

thanks for the invitation. I had already come across Angela when surfing the web a while ago. Unfortunately I will not be able to attend.
Could you provide a podcast as you did with your last interviews? That would be great, I always enjoy them.

I do have a question: Sweet tooth, yes, I have a big one, and I know many sweet fruits that would be okay in a raw diet.
However, that would be a way of satisfying sugar craving and making the blood sugar levels bounce a lot instead of losing the craving… Would Angela and you have suggestions?
Thanks a lot in advance and enjoy the interview!

    Best regards from Munich,
    Birgit

May I ask what time this interview is as I am actually working most of the day and evening.
    Thank you!

Come on guys. You want us to sign up for the tele-class but do not give either a day or a time on this page. I know Lucas said this will be on Thursday, but what time and in what time zone! Need to know whether I’ll be available or not.

By the way I have a link on my website to yogabody.com for all my golf students.

    Hi Birgit,

Thanks for writing. Sugar is a big deal and big challenge. I’ve been
neck-deep in sugar research and experimentation. Interesting stuff
for future classes… we’ll keep you posted!

    Thanks,

I’m sorry that I won’t be able to call in to this due to the time being early morning and I have to be at work. I am hoping that you will have a podcast available for those of us you can’t make it :)

Wish I could make it, but I’ll be unavailable at that time. An mp3 to listen to later would be great.

I have a great recipe for raw brownies. So good!

Brownie (place all ingredients in a food processor until blended together and press into a small pan):
1 cup walnuts (or any nut and I soak overnight)
1 cup date (about 10 and I soak for 30 minutes)
    1/3 cup cocoa powder

Icing (place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth)
    1 avacado
    1/4 cup agave nectar
    1/8 cup cocoa powder
    1 tablespoon coconut oil
    1/2 tablespoon vanilla
    dash salt
    dash cinnamon

Spread icing on top of brownies and freeze for 1 hour. I keep in freezer until I want a little snack, bring it to set for a few minutes and eat a little bit. Yummmmmy!

I also have a really good recipe for chocolate banana pudding if you want it.

    Hi Lucas,

Would love to attend but do not have access that time. mP3 would be great though….
Somebody asked about sugar craving – I have a similar question. Any tips for chocolate craving? Is there something essential in chocolate that the body is lacking that could be substituted with something healthy?
    Have a great conference,
    Pia

    Hi Pia,

Thanks for writing. Cocoa has some interesting nutritional properties,
but it’s still a treat. The thing that cocoa has that many people often
lack is saturated fat. Saturated fat has been given a bad name for years,
but healthy, plant-based fats are crucial to our health and your body will
salivate like an animal at the smell of saturated fats.

I like carob as an alternative. It’s got boatloads of fiber and doesn’t
need any sweetener to eat it. Also, I’d try to incorporate some super
high quality coconut oil into your diet to fulfill your chocolate cravings
which could very well be saturated fat cravings (although it could be
    sugar too:)

    Hope that helps!

I would appreciate this very much. Kind regards from Zena:)

    Dear Lucas,

I tried many times to contact you. I even wrote you the mail of inquiry about the nature of workshop and training in USA.

Are there any training inside USA in different parts where we could come and get training.
I would like to exchange the courses, culture and tradition the way of teaching.

    Yours
    Anju

Hello Anju – thanks for writing! I’m very rarely in the U.S. Most of our courses are in Thailand, on Koh Samui Island (lovely place). You are welcome any time!

    Hi All,

just a comment for the chocolate cravings … chocolate contains high levels of magnesium which many many of us are lacking. It also can very often signify protein deficiency – when most of my clients increase either magnesium and/or protein then the cravings disappear (not that it doesn’t still taste great when you choose to have a nibble!!).

    Cheers
    Nikkie

Nikkie – that is a great insight. Magnesium deficiency is quite common. Thanks for that!
