rave_img1And here is why I’m so happy today. I’ve been taking the yoga body supplements and doing the gravity stretches for about two months now. I’ve been noticing improvements along the way, like being able to put my hands on the ground above my head when I lie on my back. And my back bends are going places they’ve never been before. But today, I was finally able to hook my fingers together in the gomukasana arms on both sides.

I thought you should know that my neurologists are baffled that your supplements have “cured” this side-effect [migraines]. I have to take it religiously and on an empty stomach, but it does really do the trick. Otherwise I get extreme tingling pain in my fingers, toes and sometimes in my heels.

The Supplements combined with your gravity poses seem to be working… Easily held full front splits for five minutes (both sides) the other day – haven’t done that for a while!

rave_marg Lucas, I had to share an amazing thing I discovered this morning: When I bend at my waist and keep my legs straight, I can put my hands FLAT ON THE FLOOR!!!!

You gotta understand how cool this is—I am 40 years old, and I have NEVER been able to do that in my entire LIFE! When I started YOGAOBDY SIX WEEKS ago, I couldn’t even touch my TOES!!!!!!!!!

“I tried Lucas method, and I was really surprised…”

Usually when I was stretching my body before, after that practice I felt flexible only short time. Two weeks ago I tried Lucas method, and I was really surprised. When I am stretching in the morning, flexibility is remaining almost up to evening. Rag doll for 5 minutes is so hard for my hamstrings. I felt there weakness and tiredness. So I did a little change. Through I do rag doll I usually touching the ground below me. Its help me feel more comfortable.

“I am in disbelief and so is my instructor.”

I have been trying to get the splits since March 2009. I take pole classes so it is important to me to get them. I had no luck with my stretching until I bought a bottle of your Fleximine™ [YOGABODY]. I started a foot off the ground and am now about 4″ away from the left front splits after doing your warm ups.     I tried YOGABODY and I saw improvements in my stretching within a week. I get less sore after intense yoga practices and this supplement not only works for me physically but psychologically as well – since I have better achievements, I want to continually do MORE yoga!

    Also, my Dad now takes YOGABODY as well (he doesn’t practice yoga at all) and it works wonders for his gout! Somehow we have found the natural formula that actually prevents his gouty arthritis attacks!

    Thank you LUCAS! This is indeed a wonderful product that benefits human beings, whether they practice yoga or not!
