Dear Yoga Student,
My friend, David, sent me this video on Facebook
the other day about the oldest yoga teacher in the
world…
… couple cool things. First, it’s a woman. Secondly,
she’s still super limber.
Pretty inspiring. Check it out here above.
Stay bendy,
Lucas

Dear Lucas,
These claims of her being the eldest yoga teacher are not true. I have personally seen Swami Yogananda who is a 100 year old man who still teaches yoga. He teaches a yoga form called the Sukshama Vyayaama, and is currently associated with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji and the Art of Living, he was 98 in Dec 2007, and is in excellent physical condition. http://www.youthejournalist.com/article.php?aid=2826&sid=21
Check out his picture on this blog

I want to be like her when I get old.
Despite her age, she is still very flexible! I’m sure she will still have more years to come in her life!
