The Ashtanga Dropbacks in the video seemed to be so easy to do. ( laugh )
But it was really amazing to see how we could possibly do it. I’m going to share this.

Great video,it helped me a lot in my back bending exercise. I really need to refer into videos for I am not sure if my back bending is the right one. thanks.
