“I tried YOGABODY™ courtesy of my Yoga teacher trainer/mentor, and was amazed by the results. After just 24 hours taking the supplements I did an advanced practice and could not believe the difference in my strength and flexibility. Whoever put this product together really knows what they’re doing!”

If you have had back surgery were they have put in two disk in the lumbar spine area. don’t you think I should avoid doing back bend drops.. I can do backbends but I am concerned about my back just going back and reaching the floor ,I can walk down the wall, or having some one help with the backbend,,

Hello Lucas!I have Scoliosis and Lumbar Hyperlordosis, it is okay for me to do back bends?I haven’t consulted my doctor yet but I also want to hear your opinion as a yoga teacher. And do you have any recommendation for my back ailment? Thank you!

Back bending is one of the yoga exercise where I find it hard to perfect, but with constant practice and you know reading and watching videos of how it should be done it became so easy. Its best if you ask your mentor about it too.
