Quinoa

This is an awesome rice alternative
It’s much more mineral dense than most rice types
To cook – use 1 part quinoa to 2 parts water
              - boil and then let simmer for 15 minutes
It’s a great source of protein and fiber
It’s packed with phosphorus and magnesium
There’s no need to soak it, so it’s really quick to prepare
Can find red quinoa too, but it’s usually white
In a nutshell, quinoa is better, simpler and faster than rice!
