Is there an alternative way to do a L handstand? Some movements involve flexibility.

    Hi Lucas,

Loved the idea of the L-shaped handstand. Have not had Chia seeds ever, but it is going to be my new cocktail!

    Thanks Lynne

Thanks for this, usually I do a downward dog with my feet close to the wall but I think your way is a more accurate way, and I usually start with my legs low and walk up, starting with your legs up and walking them down look’s mor natural, and you do make it look so easy….

Hi Lucas, I’ve tried L-Shaped Handstand and I think I am too heavy for this, I cannot even lift my body. What do you suggest?

Most of us suffer from problems of asymmetry and imbalance. The irregularity and imbalance create a lot of stress and strain in our body. L-shaped is great in building one’s confidence as well as your strength.
