Here’s a note from a YOGABODY fan:

“… just wanted to let you know how amazed I am. I am a
pretty flexible person, ex-gymnast, studying to be a Yoga
teacher, (age 48) but was starting to have a lot of pain in
my hips from stiffness. I have only completed the stretching
for days one and two, and the pain is already about 80%
better-this is good stuff!!!!” (Betsy, YOGABODY Student)

A very nice view of India, really. People would really love to go to the mountain areas and breath clean air and you know good atmosphere for meditation.
