Guacamole Recipe:

  • * 2 avocados
  • * 2 rings of onion
  • * 1 tomato
  • * coriander
  • * olive oil
  • * sea salt
  • * cayenne pepper
  • * lime

Chop all your ingredients – and make sure not to mush your avocado too much – chunky guacamole’s much nicer than pureed.
Place it all into a bowl together, squeeze half a lime over, drizzle over some olive oil and add some cayenne pepper.
Mix it up, add some coriander on top and enjoy!

    Hi,
I want to lose 30lbs and I’ve tried numerous methods already and unfortunately all failed. Is it possible to lose this excess fat with yoga without dieting?

I need to loosen my lower back muscles and stretch my hamstrings. It is quite a difficult exercise for me to complete as totally descibed and demonstrated but even at the 50% degree of completion there is a very noticeable improvement.
Thanks for this video and for being so generous,
    Jim Friel

I do this everyday. It gives me complete stretching to the neck, the back, the hamstrings and calves.

I’m just wondering if I need a warm-up before performing this exercise?
