Thanks for therecipes and videos, Lucas. Although I sit for meditation, my knees and ankles and hips are very stiff. So stiff that the soles of feet together exercise is quite beyond me. Are there other stretches to use for working up to the soles together posture?

I love the recipe but the butterfly stretches are quite hard. I guess, that’s normal for beginners?

The butterfly stretch is a very simple exercise especially effective for stretching out the inner thighs. This can greatly relieve fatigue.
