Dear Yoga Student,
Here are two most common “body ache” complaints
from yoga students:
“Ouch, my back hurts!”
or
“Youch, my hamstrings!”
And if you practice yoga long enough, at some point,
you’ll probably end up saying both those phrases.
Most of the time, the “ouch” goes away quickly. But
in some cases, no; and sometimes, it’s not even
about the yoga (yes, I’m talking about that woo-woo
psychological stuff).
Me? I royally messed up my lower back a couple years
ago being stressed out (and a little stupid, if
I’m being totally honest).
But the good news is I healed my spine naturally,
and if you or someone you care about suffers from
back pain, natural treatment might be a real option -
and in many cases, the only option!
If you can relate, there’s a book you should check
out by my new friend, Jesse Cannone. I created a
video review of it here:
7-Day Back Pain Cure – Book Review
[the book is free of charge for you, btw]
Hope you find this helpful!
Stay bendy,

p.s. My personal experience is that healing the
spine MUST include a strength and flexibility program.
Jesse’s book confirmed my theory:

Yoga really relieves stress. It’s not just good for the body but for the mind as well!
